The following information is also located on our Sports Car Salvage eBay store. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS any of the following:
Inspection
We encourage our customers to inspect or have vehicles and major parts inspected before you bid on them on eBay Motors. Ask for additional pictures if you need them! We aren't Auto Zone - we tend to have one or two unique items, rather than hundreds of the same item in stock.
Item Condition
Unless otherwise stated, we typically sell used parts. Some wear should be expected. Brake pads, wiper blades, clutches and other wear items are never guaranteed and are usually included with auction items as a courtesy or for CORE purposes only. Paint condition on painted parts is NEVER guaranteed. We do our best to express accurately the condition of all items, however, condition is always speculative to the eyes of the person looking at an item. We tend towards UNDERSTATING condition to prevent problems for you. We deal with salvage cars a lot of the time with parts in varying condition, so when we list these items on eBay, we describe the item in as much detail as possible.
Communication
Asking questions is important! Our goal, whether selling vehicles or parts, is to offer an excellent product, great deals, and fast shipping, with awesome customer service! It is our promise, as it is with our vehicles, to disclose every known detail about our items. Please allow us the opportunity to correct any mistakes and make things right before you leave us feedback on eBay. We are also aware that Corvettes have many changes within each generation and want to make sure you are buying the correct item.
Payment
Please use eBay's checkout to finalize your transaction. Payment to be made within 3 calendar days after auction ends and 24 Hours for "Buy it Now" and "Best Offer" listings.
Sales Tax
Ohio Residents and those opting for point of sale pick up please add 6.75%.
Shipping or pick up
All shippable items will be sent out via USPS, UPS, FedEx or Greyhound GPX within 3 business days of received payment. In cases of FREE SHIPPING, we will use the most ECONOMICAL method, not the QUICKEST! You may choose to pick up your merchandise. Please contact us in advance before pick up. You are responsible for securing your load, but we normally do our best to help you get your vehicle loaded. Shipping times CAN vary, your patience is appreciated. We can supply you with a tracking numbe upon request if it is not automatically sent to you through eBay.
Storage
Freight left on our property for more than 10 calendar days will acquire $20/day storage charges. We are not responsible for any type of damage to property left at our location after the auction is over. Exceptions are made to this on a case-by-case basis.
Ships to
We ship WORLD WIDE, BUT FREE SHIPPING AND QUOTED SHIPPING IS FOR THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES ONLY unless calculated automatically in the listing by eBay. Please refer to each individual ad for handling time. Once the package is in the care of the carrier we CAN NOT and WILL NOT be responsible for delays on their part. Not all items can be shipped outside of the United States due to size and/or weight.
Returns
Shipping charges are not refundable. Please refer to each individual ad for return and warranty requirements. We make every effort to give a reliable and accurate description. You must contact us prior to having any warranty issues corrected.
